Description
The Controlled Substance Act (21CFR 1304.11) requires each registrant to make a complete and accurate record every two years of all stock of controlled substances on hand. The purpose of this booklet is to assist you in taking your controlled substance inventory. This booklet is a tool that allows for easy listing/recording of inventory counts by pharmacists. Controlled or scheduled substances not specifically listed in this booklet can simply be written onto the blanks provided in each section or onto the blank pages.
